Here are all projects I've used this program for:
- elements for cards and scrapbook pages
- designing and cutting stencils for painting shirts and etching glass
- vinyl letters, images, labels
- print and cut
- home decor
- I even designed the header of my blog with it!
The frame is from the Pucker Up collection by Lettering Delights.
The chevron pattern is an image I found online and I duplicated and welded a few times until it had all the lines I wanted.
To get the design on my letter I printed the pink lines using my printer. Then I put the paper on my mat, loaded in to the machine, and cut the E.
Then I made a shadow layer for the "E" and cut it from gray paper.
I cut the frame twice--once out of cereal box cardboard and once out of blue cardstock. I glued the two layers and used my scrapbook chalk all around the edges. The difference is subtle, but I really liked it (here you can see where the right side has chalk and left doesn't)
I also pulled out some little sticky rhinestones, and added just three on the sides, to give it something extra. Here it is all finished for hanging over Emily's bed. I'll finish up Meagan's next. Oh yeah, and my super advanced hanging technique? That blue tacky stuff (you know, that you had to use in your college dorm)! I just put some on the corners of the frame, stuck it on the wall, put some on the "E" and centered it. Done!

Next, I'm giving away a $5 certificate to use at Lettering Delights. Even if you don't have a cutter, they offer graphic sets and tons of fonts.
