We have some visitors coming this weekend, my parents and two sisters, and I'm so excited! Since we're a full day's drive from any family, it's not very often that we get to see them.
That means that most of my to-do's are simply get-ready-for-company type projects. Not too exciting, right? But I'm also working on my Make the Cut project that will go up on Thursday.
And I'm still working on fixing up a little dollhouse that our neighbors handed down to us. It's just taking much longer than I thought it would (because I keep doing other things instead!) And because it's hard to get my hands in there to paint it. I started out with spray paint, but it was going to take a dozen cans to get it all covered well, so I switched to a brush and some leftover paint in a can.

I'm hope I finish it up soon. The girls hope I do too!
Steph, I love get-ready-for-company projects. I find that I am so much more efficient in anticipation of a guest.
