Orange Mints

Remember when I made homemade junior mints and wondered aloud if they'd be good with orange flavoring instead?  Well, I can tell you they're fantastic!

We made these over Christmas break and the kids had a lot of fun working on them with me (I think!)

I used 1 tsp of orange flavoring (instead of the mint) and orange food coloring to make the centers, then dipped them in chocolate just like before.
