I've been using this recipe from Cooking Light
My favorite way to eat it is right out of the oven and dipped in a plate of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some sprinkles of Our Best Bites Garlic Bread Seasoning.
Throw together a quick salad to serve along side it and call it dinner. That's what I did last night!

I love focaccia. I just found a gluten free version and it has been the best thing of the year so far.
