I was at Craft Warehouse over the weekend and their Halloween stuff was 90% off, making these cardboard witch hats only 30c each.
Just trimming 4 edges off gives you a perfect traffic cone shape! They'll still get painted orange, but this is so much easier than trying to make my own out of paper.
