Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to speed up breakfast on busy mornings and sneak some extra calcium to my kids who 

don't like to drink milk. With this recipe you can surprise your kids with a breakfast that tastes like an oatmeal cookie!



Healthy "Oatmeal Cookie" Smoothies
Place in blender: 
2 Tbs quick oats
3/4 cup milk
Blend for 1 minute. 



Add in:
One packet of Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder (Classic French Vanilla or Rich Milk Chocolate)
Dash cinnamon
1 cup ice
(optional for a thicker smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana)
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
