Cute DIY Exercise Tank

Recently we had our yard landscaped - we had all the scary blackberry bushes, mossy grass, and dead grape vines torn out and beautiful sod put in. It's been great to watch it grow in and turn extra green with all the rain we're getting here in the Northwest. As long as it doesn't actually flood away, the wetter the better! Our bodies need water like that too, and Nestlé® Pure Life® makes it easy with 35-packs of water bottles at Walmart.

But there's a balance to being well also. Just drinking a lot of water is not enough to stay healthy. We need good foods, exercise, and mental wellness. A lot of my mental wellness comes from being creative, so I made myself a cute tank to wear to the gym.

Grab a blank tank top from Walmart when getting the water bottles (It's a great value as we're getting 3 more bottles - the 35 pack is the same price as the 32 pack.)  If this version is not at your local Walmart, ask your manager about bringing it to your area.

For vinyl I went with multi-colored glitter. You can pick whatever color you like of course.

Choose your own quote or open this design space file to use with your Cricut
Place iron-on vinyl with the shiny side down on the mat and make sure you mirror the image before cutting.

Weed out extra vinyl and center the design on the front of the tank.

With a medium heat iron, press down to adhere the vinyl to the fabric. About 20-30 seconds in each area for this glitter iron-on. I often use a piece of protective iron-on paper or thin piece of fabric to protect the design from too much heat. I also like to flip the shirt over and iron a bit from the back side. It seems to make it really stick well that way.

Peel off the plastic layer and enjoy your new tank - and get to the gym with your bottle of Nestlé Pure Life. And if you didn't already know, every bottle of Nestle Pure Life is filtered through a 12-step quality process, enhanced with a unique blend of minerals for great taste. Totally refreshing during a work out!

The water bottles are great to take when the kids have a field trip at school. We also love to have them around as we head out on a hike, go to the park for lunch, or head to the river for an afternoon in the summer. Be on the lookout for a refreshed packaging from Nestlé this
May at a store near you! Also, be aware that though you can find Nestlé products online, this 35 pack is only available in-store.

I hope you'll have fun making your own work out tank, and remember that there are many pieces to being balanced in life. Visit nestlepurelife.com to sign up for promotions, offers and more.
